Purchasing in real life

Artwork purchased at exhibitions, shows, art fairs or in-person are all final sale. But, I want you to be happy with your purchase so if for some reason you are not, please contact me and we can work something out.

For large art pieces, I can offer a one week trials on the condition that shipping to return the painting is covered by the client.  This option must be arranged prior to purchasing the painting.

Online purchases

For artwork purchased from my shop, the following applies:

I want you to be happy with your original painting.

I do my best to accurately represent each artwork. As colours can vary from monitor to monitor I do as best I can to capture the image I see and post it to my website.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact me prior to purchasing an original artwork from me.  I am happy to send more photos, make a video and/or create a mock-up for you so that you will have a better sense of how this painting will look in your space.  

But if there is a problem after buying from my shop, I offer you a 7-day full refund return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

1. To start a return, please contact me using the Contact form on this website and include your phone number. 

2. I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and I can do my best to make it right. 

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your returned painting.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. I will refund on your original payment method. NOTE: If you change your mind before receiving the item, no refunds will be issued until the initial payment has cleared my bank.
